Well I'm certainly glad we will reach 2019 levels in 2023...but, we're still going hat in hand to the Saudi's and Venezuela for added production, when we have the reserves and ability to produce more oil here. Not trying to convince anyone, just pointing to a glaring deficiency in the administrations energy policy. Straw-man????? Nah..I've shown the fallacy of putting faith in EV as the "future". There's the real Straw-man. argument.....foolish and easily proven wrong. But hey as the politicos say get used the pain at the pump, that's the price we pay for "progress". No doubt when fall sets in in the North East and people begin to fill their 275 gallon #2 heating oil tanks at $6+ per gallon they'll be praising Biden's energy vision....and opining over their ordered EV that might be delivered in 12-18 months complete with raw materials source off-shore.
