Exactly! Ive bought directly from companies before and was privy to certain information. Some think thats inside trading but its not for taking inside information and then acting on it thru the buying and selling of free trading stock is insider trading. Thats very different then a company sharing information with a long term investor whose buying restricted stock with a holding period of 6-12 months. My guess is Ellis was privy to some information about MJ02 and MJ03 and doubled his position. JMO
