No, that is not how it usually works, if you were implying that the insiders start buying before filing, that would be a huge red flag, in some cases, volume comes in after the 8K is released, in some cases volume is very anemic, there is absolutely no reason to think because the volume is anemic something is not going to happen soon, it might happen tonight, it might happen tomorrow, it might happen next week or next month or even next year. The only that I am curious about is why they gave Alessi 130,000 shares and why did Alessi take out a loan against another ticker MFL*B, did he take out the load against TCRI shell for his 130,000 shares and who would give that loan to that POS scammer and why they would give him a loan on MFL*B, that is why I baffled. Heck I could buy everything till 1.00 tomorrow and place a bid for 100,000 shares at $1.00 and everyone is going to say, "Something is coming, something is coming", no it doesn't work that way.
