Key points from NWBO presentation after ASCO 2022

Warning, this will be another lengthy post. Meanwhile, if you have not seen my previous post, you may look up the previous thread from this post #470900

Hello NWBO Investors,

ASCO 2022 happened over the weekend, and I believe not everyone has the time to watch and be able to absorb a 48mins + another 26mins long video that is packed with juicy information. Hence, I am writing again to provide some clarity for the layman regarding the key points from the latest information/videos over the ASCO weekend. I believe most are aware that there are 2 new videos regarding NWBO that have surfaced on YouTube after the ASCO weekend. (Thanks to the author who uploaded the videos)

In this post, I will be summarizing the key points which I believe most would want to know without needing to watch the entire 74 mins of the 2 videos duration combined. If you want to watch it yourself, below are the video links.

Video no.1 - Dr. Marnix Bosch (CTO of NWBO) & Shashi Murthy (Founder of Flaskworks)
Video no.1 Link here - 48mins

Video no.2 - Dr. Keyoumars Ashkan (Professor of Neurosurgery and Lead for Neuro-Oncology, European Chief Investigator of the (NWBO Phase 3 Trial), King's College Hospital, London, UK)
Video no.2 Link here - 26mins

First of all, I believe there are many long-time investors whom may have grown cynical towards NWBO, became upset or fed-up on the modus operandi by the management team of NWBO. To be fair, even the greatest and most patient investors may have come across questioning themselves about their investment in NWBO. Then, coupled with some fudsters inducing some negativity and steering good news into bad news and not forgetting their efforts of suppressing the truth with lies, hence, making uninformed investors consider selling their NWBO holdings, further making the price of NWBO suffer. I must say that it definitely does take a lot of consistent due diligence, investment experience and emotion management to overcome the hurdles (Eg. Stock price as well as bad comments) being thrown at NWBO investors, Kudos to those who have been staying long and strong! To those who are swayed by fudsters and unsure what to do next, I do hope that I can give you a clearer picture where you can re-evaluate your stance and belief in this company.

I believe at this juncture, NWBO has now reached a very key point in the life-cycle of bringing a new treatment for cancer into the market. The determination from the management of NWBO, Trial Investigators from different countries and all the relevant parties involved have worked tirelessly to get NWBO Phase 3 trial to where they are at this point has been splendid. They truly deserve a huge round of applause, taking into account the company size and age. Also, do bear in mind that this is a complicated trial involving 331 patients (one of the largest trial for personalized cell therapy in history), 4 countries, millions and millions of data points to collect and not forgetting having to get through the covid hurdle... and legal cases, and so on many more obstacles which NWBO overcame one by one.

That being said, let me start about the key information in the videos that I have shared above.

Key Points from Video no.1 Link here - 48mins
Over the weekend, NWBO management team did a presentation at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) event 2022, which is an annual meeting for the best of the best within the oncology field to gather and share new findings and talk about the latest developments in treatments. This event is also where NWBO had one of the bigger booths, and I am pretty certain the big pharma is very very well aware of NWBO's recent developments.

That being said, NWBO's presentation in ASCO was specifically focused on Manufacturing instead of talking about the TLD that was shared on May 10th.
This begs the question, why talk manufacturing instead of the recent TLD?
Well, I believe that NWBO strategically chose to cover manufacturing because a treatment or drug will NEVER be adopted by the market or become the Standard of Care (SOC) if there is no way to scale. Take a look at all the biggest companies in the world, they all succeed because they can scale quickly and meet consumer demands. (Eg. Apple iPhones, Computer manufacturers (Dell, HP and many more), P&G of the FMCGs, Mc Donald's of the fast food, these companies have a well-defined and structured way to get their products to their target customers very quickly, and that is why they are the biggest companies around.
Hence, if we look from a perspective of a company or a business that is successful in capturing market share, I believe NWBO management team is truly a GENIUS and is many many many steps ahead than we all estimated them to be. This is because they are gearing themselves up for success by putting their focus on manufacturing capability, acquiring Flaskworks to automate the manufacturing processes, ultimately speeding up time to market (TTM) as well as covering more patients in a month. If NWBO had not been focusing on manufacturing and scalability over the last few years, then manufacturing and scalability would now be biggest problem for NWBO at this point. And I mean even if DCVAX could cure ALL cancer with 100% survival rates, DCVAX can't be an SOC IF they have no scalability in place. And imagine what would fudsters do? They would pounce on this flaw and say that NWBO has no future because they cannot scale to meet demands and not be SOC.
But look whose singing out loud about having a clean manufacturing and scalability plan in place now? NWBO!
Seriously in my opinion, I can't stress enough on this point that by presenting to the oncology experts of world that they have production and manufacturing all in place waiting to turn ON the switch instead of talking about TLD, this screams to me "CONFIDENCE" and that NWBO have already passed the point of trying to convince experts that their DCVAX-L TLD results has achieved Statistical Significant because they know that Oncologists that have already seen the data knows that the trial is a success and the questions coming from these Oncologists is WHEN and HOW can they get DCVAX for their patients!

Besides that, I believe that NWBO is waiting for the Journal Publication (a non-biased view) to verify the greatness of the data coming from the trial, instead of NWBO themselves trying to go on and on about constantly speaking highly of their own trial/product and how effective it is and bla bla. I mean at some point, a non-biased external party needs to help the industry and market to verify the information released from a company to ensure that the data had been steered clear from a biased view. Think of this logically, if you were to purchase a product for yourself, would you just read the product summary and buy it right away without any research? or would you ask your friends for their opinions, or compare with a competitor product or read some reviews online before making the purchase? That is the same thing here except that in a scientific or healthcare world, a Peer Review or Journal Publication is the formal and legal verification method to have information about a treatment or drug verified and clarified, especially when it is related to life and death.

Separately, a video recording uploaded and was presented by Dr. Keyoumars Ashkan (Professor of Neurosurgery and Lead for Neuro-Oncology, European Chief Investigator of the (NWBO Phase 3 Trial), King's College Hospital, London, UK) has literally given the fudsters that commented shit about the 10th May TLD a smack left, right, up and down to their faces. This video is about Dr Ashkan going through the 10th May TLD release and the tone of speech delivered by Dr Ashkan with confidence and excitement surely was a tell-tale sign that he was super happy to be able to share about the TLD in detail. Dr Ashkan basically covered all potential why's and shared the reasons about the changes in the trial and also covered the reasons why the regulators had accepted the changes to endpoints, which was the fudster's argument. (I would not be covering all the reasons and explanations here but if you wish to hear more from the Dr himself, please watch the video.) In other words, the fudster's argument has been debunked. Period. However, there is one point that I find very convincing to me that DCVAX is a game changer, and that is from the Video no.2 at minute 14:13. At this slide, Dr Ashkan brought up an interesting point where when comparing with 5 different treatments in past trials from 2013-2019, the median Overall Survival (mOS) in these trials were pretty much around the same at about "16.5 months +- 1 month", as if whatever treatment thrown at GBM, the outcome of mOS doesn't seem to change very much, which shows that those treatment might not have been very effective so far. However, for DCVAX trial, the mOS is 19.3months, and that is almost 3 months longer than the other trials! 3 months may seem short, but remember that this is the median overall survival, if we take the full survival tail, it could mean many many many more months or even years. Giving those non-technical NWBO investors an idea of what unmethylated vs methylated GBM, basically in layman terms, unmethylated is characteristic of brain cancer that doesn't respond well to treatments, and methylated is characteristic of brain cancer that responds very well to treatments. Hence, if we look into the May 10th TLD again, DCVAX has proven significant improvement in treating methylated brain cancers in this trial where we are looking at almost 9 months longer at 30.2 months vs 21.3 months. This actually shows that DCVAX does make a difference.

I mean what more can fudsters say? A very well respected Neuro Oncology Surgeon going into the details of the TLD from May 10th 2022, sharing his opinion on how ******* good NWBO data is, what more can we ask for? Logically thinking, if anyone actually still does believe these fudster's comments around the recent TLD being garbage, even after watching Dr. Ashkan's presentation, I do honestly think that NWBO is not an investment for you and you should "cut-loss or.... cut-potential-profit" right now because you truly do not deserve to own shares of a company like NWBO. Come on man, would you believe comments and opinions of a surgeon that spent his entire life learning about brain cancer or would you believe those keyboard warriors whom are anonymous most of the time whom spends their life combing through forums and purchasing premium subscriptions on forum accounts to have unlimited comments on posts? In fact, I do think these fudster's should watch Dr. Ashkan's video presentation and they may actually switch over from the dark side....

Personal conclusions from Videos No.1 and 2
I was literally getting goosebumps while watching both the video recordings and thinking about where NWBO is at this life-cycle of bringing a new treatment to market, I felt like I was witnessing history in the making where a new paradigm of treatment is slowly coming to light, and it will just be a matter of time when enough light shines on DCVAX, this will definitely be one of the most talked treatment of the 20th century. Imagine no more losing hair, no more bedridden during treatment, extending your life and having a shot at curing cancer..... (look at the survivors) Not forgetting the future of DCVAX as a platform, potentially being able to treat all other solid tumors or even better, being the PaaS of the cancer industry! (PaaS means Platform as a Service whereby DCVAX becomes the platform while other cancer cure technologies is built on TOP of DCVAX or combo together with DCVAX as a full-fledged treatment, hint hint Keytruda & DCVAX.. cough cough)

To all investors whom are confused, here are my two cents, don't let the naysayers sway you into thinking that NWBO has failed. Remember, these naysayers have been pounding NWBO over the last decade, I mean, don't these guys have a full-time job to feed their families? wait.... or are they actually paid to do this full time? that is why they have all the time to spend on forums, and following NWBO closely and shit-talking about NWBO. I strongly believe that this is the case that they are being PAID by deep pockets to bash NWBO and also try to suppress NWBO price to make it look bad. Maybe capping NWBO price might even be the KPI from the party paying them and helping them buyout NWBO cheap? that's anyone's guess now, but the topline is, NWBO is dirt cheap at these prices for the amount of potentially it bring to the table. Fudster’s job is to make you feel fearful about your investment choice, and if you do feel that way, then they are succeeding. But if you draw a clear conclusion on their ill motive, then you may feel more confidence in staying long and strong!

That’s it folks. Peace.
