No one is saying he did not know about the promo, even Helen Keller could see the PR campaign from Instadose(Canada) and the INSD(US) promo were likely coordinated, that why I'm not a believer in the Terry went rogue theory....

However, I don't see his involvement as some nefarious thing, he was probably under the impression that the disclaimers made it OK, like others there. Is he partially responsible, maybe, but when it comes to the failures of Instadose, he would be WAY down on my personal list of folks to blame.

Terry dropped the ball more than he did, he was the Chief Risk Officer, what was more risky or damaging to the company than the promotion...?? Nothing.
