In my opinion, when NWBO does 1 of 3 things: 1- gets RA approval and a significant income stream manufacturing DCVAX-L, or 2- partnering, JV, or licensing agreement with BP, or 3- buyout.

Imho the shorts are financed by BP which stands to lose billions if DCVAX-L is approved. Until then they are going to hinder EVERY increase in stock price.... May 10th proved that..
