This is an honest question.

Do you not think that institutional investors getting invested will make up for the few retail investors and shorts who will be selling shares? There's hardly many shares out there for sale to begin with, so I have very little doubt that institutional investors getting into NWBO will propel the SP upwards. Not all R/S's are the same. I am not saying we can't get there the right way, just that I highly doubt it will be a negative.
