Looks like the hostile takeover is underway and the price will be determined at a time of Denner’s choosing. I suspect he has several funds ready to back his board members and has a plan to maximize the value of Amarin. I wonder if he waits for the results of the Alzheimer’s trial before he works on the buyout. Should be fun times over the next 6 months. This is the first time since the patent loss where I feel I might get back to even or make a few dollars.
