Q. Is it -- is it a number that you're happy with?
A. Well, you know, you never want to go around second-guessing people. Obviously we thought the number should have been higher. But I was not in court while things were going on, so I don't think I'm in the position to second guess.
But all three partners felt disappointed with the number.
Q. I want to talk about the -- the work that -- that Billy and Deirdre did on this -- this monetization campaign. Can you first talk about what work Billy did to help monetize the patents?
A. I really don't know what work Billy or Deirdre did to monetize the patent. Our conversations were -- I want to say 90 percent of our conversations were with Mishcon and KWM. We were told that Billy was reviewing all the costs and sending those things to Betham, but I don't know what Billy did.
