I really believe that a certain amount of information needs to be out before we receive a proxy to vote on. I believe that I'd support the companies proposals in the proxy, but I think that without at least some knowledge of what the company has been doing for nearly 20 months there will be an organized effort to defeat them until more information is forthcoming.

I would much prefer to see an Annual Meeting where investors feel satisfied with the company's efforts, that only can be achieved if the company is open about where things stand, and what they're forecasting for the immediate future.

I believe that DI tries to communicate what they're thinking without revealing details they don't want released, but I also believe that if DI knew the Journal would be out by Saturday the answer you'd receive from him would be no different than it would have been a few months ago. I look forward to when he can speak more freely about what's happening at the company.
