Please correct me if I'm wrong. I believe that nearly all other Journal publications come out many months after TLD has been announced. I understand that a Journal submission may sequester the company from saying certain things, but I believe the decision not to release a TLD statement prior to the Journal is one that's purely a decision made by the company, therefore I believe that they could change their mind at any time and release it.

If I'm correct about this, and if the Journal isn't out by Saturday's presentation, I believe that they should release their TLD statement as part of the ASCO presentation which would include information from the NYAS presentation.

If that is not the case, I cannot imagine them not releasing this information plus the status of BLA efforts, FlaskWorks certification effort, etc. by the Annual Meeting which should be held by the end of this month at the latest.

I think there is a lot they can talk about without breaking the sequester, but they must end the quiet period to do so, and the TLD statement is required to do that.
