teecee, one the the questions that I asked and they would not answer was that they could sell a lot of their warrants to their shareholders first. The 5 year warrant had a strike price of $106.37 that decreases by $1.40 per year (dividend). So effectively I would be getting a 5 year option for $7.40 per share at a $99 strike price. The only thing they put a collar on was a buyout.
