We have been told time and time again that the Chile courts have no jurisdiction on transferring the call for appearances to Canada. If this is so how are the appearances of Brady and Thornton going to go to get their sworn statements in a Canadian Court?
Brady according to JRL had been served a "SUBPOENA" for an appearance in Chile. This of course did not happen.
What of an appearance in a Canadian Court even a traffic court for say jaywalking?
Mr. Brady while you were jaywalking across Howe did you undertake a fraudulent action against one Jorge Lopehandia as well as a junior, very junior company named Mountainstar Gold to thwart an action of fraudulent claim by Barrick on their Pascua Lama project in Chile?
