To keep with tradition on these legal cases it has been determined that Torres is paid 10,000 pesos for every case launched win or loose.
This would be in keeping with the 10,000 pesos paid to Villar for the original sale of the Amerilos claims to Lill and Emery a la Llanos' Tesoros .
A sale of the sort that CMN Barrick has attested to be rather common at the time in the Chile mining logs.
