I would have to say everything is really aligning now and feel more confident than ever that some huge assets are coming into TCRI---

Between the 10k confirming Munaf Ali majority ownership TCRI (87% shares), him continuing to pay money to the SEC for his share of the taxes on TCRI, to the settlement of the case in North Carolina (which he has to pay lawyer fees) and the naming of Carl Agren (COO of Phoenix) as new business manager of Alphabit. ALL OF THE STARS ARE CLEARLY ALIGNING. He would not be putting all the moving parts together and spending his money if the plans are not in place with this huge reverse merger.

Then this week to see the posts/pictures from JT Foxx regarding "We did it! Founders big news! "Big announcement on the Founders Tuesday and you are in!" "Biggest deal and relationship of my life" and lastly "Biggest deal of my life tonight. In fact I maybe moving for it!! IF YOU WANT I'LL GET YOU IN. This in itself speaks to the amount of money this company and stock will be worth as the largest miner and seller of Bitmain in the world--especially coming from such a wealthy individual in JT Foxx who has rubbed elbows with billionaires.

It is no coincidence to me that these posts were done after meeting with Munaf Ali and one of the pictures is with them together stating they did it! The founders is a large group of wealthy indivuals/investors that work as a team and share information about upcoming ventures/deals, etc for each other to invest in. "To get others in" has to mean investing in a company (TCRI) at an early stage. If this was a private deal between only JT Foxx and Munaf Ali then there would be no point of sharing on the Founders and telling his following that he is going to get them in. I really think Munaf Ali shared his huge plans with TCRI/Phoenix and they are working together now---

I really do not think we will see these sub $1 prices much longer ---seems all the due diligence is correct and we are closer than ever! Thoughts?
