COOP could be $70+ instantly when they successfully sell their Auction Exchange which is IMO worth ~$1 billion or even more and is not adequately reflected on COOP's balance sheet (as the BOD said)!

They said the Auction Exchange is "the most valuable of the XOME business units" in the Q3 call, and "it's worth a lot" in the Q4 call
