Roman,

As I understand the FlaskWorks unit it will take essentially as long as making the vaccine in a clean room, but it requires very little staff attention in operating, and it take up far less space and doesn't require a clean room. I suspect that when properly designed tens of FlaskWorks units can be installed in the space required by a single clean room. On that basis the FlaskWorks units will produce far more, but far more units will be required to do it. Each batch is prepared in a disposable cassette, so the unit itself is never in contact with the DCVax-L being made. The cassettes will be made for NWBO by St. Gobain Glass. Remember, the unit was originally developed at Corning when it was acquired by NWBO.

I don't know, but believe that only a few people will be required to keep dozens, or even hundreds of FlaskWorks units operating nearly continuously. I can't say how much time will be required to extract the vaccine from the cassette, but suspect that the new cassette can be loaded shortly after the cassette with the finished vaccine is removed.
