For all those wishing to sue, I suggest you find an attorney who'd take the case at no cost to investors, offer to give him half of what he recovers after paying all his expenses. If no one is willing to take the case under such terms I think you need to conclude that you don't have a case an attorney believes he can win.

If you're willing to pay he'll be only too happy to take your money, but if he won't do it on contingency terms as good as I've suggested above, I don't believe you have a case worth pursuing. Frankly I doubt if you can find an attorney that would take the case and get 90% of what's recovered if all costs came from his wallet.
