At the time of the NYAS I indicated thinking that it was like an insurance policy that they'd have something to say at ASCO. Remember, this is a presentation sponsored by the company, there is no denying that they're speaking, even if they add clinicians. I believe that the Journal agreed that if they hadn't published by ASCO the company would be free to speak, and I believe they should be free to issue a TLD statement.

I don't believe the Journal would deal with approaching the regulators or certifying the FlaskWorks unit, so I believe they'd be free to discuss these things if they're willing to do so.

I really believe the odds are even or better that we get the Journal this week and by next week they're announcing the Annual Meeting. It should make June a very interesting month.
