Authorized shares have been 10 billion since back when the reverse split was completed. 530 million shares is a drop in the bucket compared to many OTC companies with billions of shares outstanding. Based on pr's they have a number of projects in the pipeline that are at different stages of completion. We will see shortly if some of those projects start to be completed and income streams begin to flow.
