IMHO, Carter is headed for "Club Fed" (or worse).
He & Deirdre completely defrauded investors then. ALL will be uncovered in discovery.
UnifiedOnline, Inc. (UOIP) was a public company known as IceWeb.
In the entirety of the financial scope of this ~7 year+ nightmare, almost none of this was known to investors. Why?
If it smells fishy and smokey, a large beautiful freshly caught Pacific salmon is on the barbie being smoked somewhere nearby.
I think I'd contribute an extra $25,000 to see someone here deposed. It was my understanding ALL this information was privileged & under an NDA. Everything expressed claimed or regurgitated is news to me. Plus, Carter is doing EVERYTHING to fight us. Why NOT come clean & disclose then?
