Just spoke to Daniel, he still states that the new management has not green lighted information to be given out, stating that if it were up to him, it would have been done two months ago.
I asked if there is a chance of anybody pulling out of the deal, he emphatically stated "NO, IT'S A DONE DEAL"

I also asked about who the incoming management is, he referred me to Nevada SOS, stating that all the information is there but has not been updated by OTC yet

Asked why it is taking so long, he stated that the new management still has some transactions to complete

My take is that everything is on track for us to be joyful soon-GLTA
