IMO, Carter's in deep, deep doody. The crazy thing is... he knows it, his lawyers know it and we'll soon PROVE it.
This was a public company with existing shareholders before Carter took control (IceWeb, renamed, rebranded and IMO falsified).
As I've always stated and still believe, this is (was if SH) a 1 in 10,000 opportunity.
When discovery starts, if makes it that far, especially when (if) documents unsealed, "REALITY" will be revealed.
Plus, I understand a book is in-the-works. Carter = Antagonist & POS; SH = Protagonists.
