I got this message some time back that Joe Pesci was going to fund the phase 3 trial (already arranged) back when the hope of a Phase 3 trial was first discussed. The trial seemed to be forthcoming w/i weeks back then. Any others hear that Pesci story or have that one (& others) saved as I do. Wonder if Jersey/Vegas (consultant/IR) ever got back in the company's good graces w/ so many wives/kids to provide for. oh the stories...............& the supposed connections. Perhaps Pesci is our private placement provider of funds now that our Phase 3 Trial has been granted, doubtful yet....aahh the possibilities.

I am not going to reveal the trial costs but obviously we have a source of funding or I wouldn't have signed the MSA in 8k yesterday. This is a private placement and you will just have to wait on financials.

Those numbers are not accurate as to costs but I also will not be revealing those costs at this time.

Here is something better to think about. Typically phase 3's are the realm of pharma, in this case I beat them to it. Go do some basic DD and you will see that most pharmas spend a billion + on phase 3's. Don't just take my word for it, go see how much they spend. Gilead bought KITE for 13 billion cash at the conclusion of their phase 1 and then spent billions more to bring it to market. We are going to pull this whole thing off for under $30,000,000.
