so each time an etf moves up or down the stocks in that etf must be bought or
sold to match

It is seen when an EFT gaps up stocks then lag a bit and must catch up.

The one unpredictable thing is the Ukraine war and Putin's health.
History just repeats over and over. As Germany was losing the war Hitler's
health declined he then blamed the generals and fired them. He then took
over the reins and the Germans lost badly. Putin now doing the same.
The last time Russia got involved in a big war in Afghanistan and it bankrupted
them and communism collapsed. Things will get better but it will take time.
