Well Mikey 221/4 all I have to add on the matter is that Rocco was poisoned with Polonium 210 in his Christmas spaghetti by Barrick agents. Although not dead as yet he is far from a court date.
POLICE IMET have asked for the recipe used. It seems it has a funny aftertaste caused by the Polomium 210. YAH THINK!
Since this matter appears to be somewhat complex in the declarations of titles to a mining project named MINA PASCUA ; the ruling governing bodies in Chile are still at a loss to understand fully who has what to what, a court date has been postponed.
So if Chile has no idea what the case matter is attempting to declare imagine any efforts to settle in a court of law in Chile (one can hear giggling in the law lunch rooms where legal people hang out) .
Perhaps it will never be, just like any mining at that location. The locals have gained super powers and the minerals will stay in their god placed locations FOREVER!
There is not much of the Barrick Albatross left as it has now mostly decayed around the proverbial neck of BARRICK GOLD CORPOARATION OF CANADA.
The stench of it will always remain.
