Are there any precedence with any bankruptcy, where the securities or escrow markers have been deleted and later remote bankruptcy assets returning to original stockholders?

Only serious replies please. Thank you.

I'm not debating whether escrow markers get paid here...I juat want to know if it is "possible"? Are there any examples? I want to know that there is a mechanism for return after our escrow markers have been deleted...and I would like to know of an example of such mechanism utlized in the past for any other bankruptcies.
