interestingly, the ask at 0.0003 is smaller NOW than when we had a billion on bid at 0.0002.

That means most of the shares that traded at 0.0002 are being held and accumulated, instead of being flipped for 1 tick.

If they were ever going to announce end of dilution and OTCX selling, NOW would be the perfect time.
