Oh, no! Don’t feel old because my great grandmother used to make them. She was always the baker/confectioner of the family. Holidays always had whole tables with a variety of cookies, cakes, and candies when I was a kid. I miss that a lot, actually, and I wasn’t around her enough when I was old enough to learn how to make those things that I have none of her recipes. I’ll have to try to emulate them at some point. Her divinity candy was the only kind of divinity I’ve ever come across that I actually liked.
