First, admit you were wrong about the five censors in the original treatment group being ltfu. Instead Ex, concede they are alive and were censored a few months before the end of the trial.

Your ltfu theory failed.

Next, admit only those from the placebo arm would be actually be crossed over if it was done en masse in the summer of 2015. Next concede that would be like a dozen or less patients.

Next admit that all the remaining living placebo patients that hadn’t been crossed over before August 2015, may have already pfs evented because the second half of the trial enrolled more immune compromised patients, but official confirmation would have been delayed, so it is possible they were crossed over en masse (possibly at the request of DMB steering committee and regulators) for ethical reasons and confirmation of their progression was done after the fact.

Your reasons for argument to the contrary fail.
