With 99.3% held by folks that will LEAN YOUR WAY in any decision the company would decide to make, it MAKES it very easy to run a company just exactly how you want too...........Examples

BUY OUTs, Tender offers, possibly taking the Corp private, SELLING OFF PROFITABLE arms of the company to CLOSE ASSOCIATES

It has a ton to do with HOW THEY WANT TO RUN this company imho, and BASICALLY with NO AVG JOE RETAIL intervention as they CONtrol the SUPPER MAJORITY VOTE and don't even have to legally hold PROXY VOTES to do it.........
