I like the detailed information in the quarterly. Just highlighting a new timeline that I noticed.

"With anticipated funding, we look forward to completing the research and development of these products and mass produce them by the end of 2022."

Did anyone catch this? Their disclosure of a a current legal preceding ?

The company sued Western Sierra Resource Corp., a publicly traded entity. After a year of litigation, recently, Western Sierra filed a counter suit against Gold River. Our counsel feels that their claim is utterly without merit.
