Here is my theory on what is gonna take place here.................
Coop will CONtinue to fall, then an asset exchange takes place and COOP gets their allotted 2.5% of any cash recoveries seriously filling their coffers.
All of this to coincide with the coming market crash and massive inflation and unrest in the markets.
Coop then goes on a buying spree as OTHERS START TO FAIL like OCN, ROCKET ect ect ect.. HINT:IF IF IF you will notice OCN is now neck and neck with COOP where for the longest time they were like 20$ and we were @ 35-42$, I think they have about 49 mill shares out and COOP has ample to do a 1 for 1 @ these prices BUTTTTTTTTTT, OCN and the others will be falling as they start to fail......BUT this will allow COOP to then buy them at an even lower PPS

Some where in the same time frame, they will ALSO need to address the shareholder imbalance and issue shares.

Watch for WMI to be seriously involved in the FINANCING and financial support of COOP and loaning them the money to BUY UP ALL the others and imho then going PRIVATE

Now let's see if IF IF this happens this way or not and ALL IMHO
