Meanwhile inventory level - as total - will be lower (due to lower sales) no reason to keep the "days of sales on hand" at the low-end of the range.
WSs purchase more in Q4 every year ahead of the price increase at late November / early December ... resulted in "days of sales on hand" is at near the high-end of the range.

Have U ever negotiated contracts with either the Chinese in Hong Kong or mainland China ?
Just wondering … as someone that negotiated with HK Chinese in SF .
