Well, as you can see by GO+F, Sharp is comfortable having 550-600 million outstanding shares for his multibillion dollar reverse merger candidate. So if Sharp wanted $SRNW to have around the same, 600.0 million outstanding shares of $SRNW, we could see a 40:1 forward split. This means that if you had 25,000 shares of SRNW, at 40:1 FS, you’d have 1,000,000 shares post forward split.

You also have to remember, it is always possible that not all 220.0 million restricted shares get cancelled, maybe only 100-150.0 million get cancelled. Whatever the case, I think it’s going to be huge and it’s definitely one of my larger plays. And it’s worth the wait for me, I’ve been holding since the middle of 2021.
