This company continually fails its shareholder responsibilities due to their unwillingness or inability to do the small things. Any competent lawyer, if asked, would easily have taken care of the filing issues and the company faced early on and would have strongly advised against making many of the claims they did. One can only plead ignorance of rules and regulations before it becomes obvious they are intentionally flouting them. And shareholders line many can only sit and wait while others in on the scheme take advantage of information not available to many.
