I am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

DTII stock between 4/12/2022 and 4/21/2022 closed @ .0014 (on 4/12) to .0009). They issued 19.9 million shares between that time frame (updated on OTC 4/21/2022 takes about a week), which are always sold at a discount to toxic financiers since the toxic financiers have to make money by selling on the open market.

Actually, I am being conservative using a sale price of .0008. Could have been less.

19.9 million * .0008 = $15,920.
If sold at .001 it would be $19,900 and,
if sold @ .0014 (doubtful ) would be $27,860. Last 10Q filed 3/04/2022 showed $239k for the quarter expenses, which is $80k a month

Doesn't matter, they will need funds very soon.
