Exactly. No one at all seems to fall for this bid. Let’s hope, it stays that way. I‘m curious, who did all this selling. It might have only been a single party, but if it’s not a reporting shareholder, we may never know. This type of activity always raises questions about dilution, but I‘m not aware that the company is known for selling on the open market. If the notes were convertible at 4.5, a noteholder wouldn’t make sense, either.
