Several years back I had a sit down with a friend who led an acquisition team for a billion dollar Food and Drug Equipment Supplier. I asked to look at Biel and tell me what he thought. I explained all the new events I that took place within the prior six months. He said it sounds good, then proceeded to search the web. Within minutes he looked at me and asked why all the information I had given him, wasn’t showing up on the Company website. I had no answer. He then said that’s a bad sign, because a Company’s website is its business card, where potential investors look for information, it’s critical to keep it updated especially with important developments. He told when a Company like his looks for acquisitions, it does a through check on the products and the CEO and management. He said deals can be lost from simple management mistakes. He went on to say a lot more. I informed the Company about the six months of missing information on the website and I informed this board. It took I believe an additional month to clear up the situation along with a clean up of the intro board. The two place potential investors may look for info. So with that said if no one care about what the potential investor sees, so be. I will never mention it again. I believe the Company’s I T person is a relative, not sure. JMHO GLTA and have a great day
