My first question; Did they file anything? I suspect that CUBV is reluctant to file anything of consequence prior to the upcoming legal action. Were I running the operation, I would have everything ready for submission to be released after the upcoming hearing(s). It would stall paying money I don't have until it's absolutely necessary. Also I wouldn't give a rats ass how the shareholders felt.

In reality, what damage has/is being created by being kicked out of the Pinkies. It's a Shell. The only ones affected by the PPS right now are those wanting to sell.* Right now I would prefer "Honest" rather than "Open and honest". I expect things to break after the upcoming Hearing.

All just guesswork. Anything could happen.
