If Adam Feuerstein really threatened Dr. Liau and there is really evidence for this they could probably get a Stay Away Order and No Contact order while a criminal case is pending and he might end up being very limited in what he can write about the Phase 3 Trial and by extension Dr. Liau since it could be seen as a way to tamper with the witness since the whip of potentially derailing her life’s work with more attacks could be used to try to tamper with her as a witness.

You need to get the case before the right prosecutor and judge but it might work.
