It’s all so worth going to the SEC cite and looking at all files but a 70 million dollar merger taking place and look at the PRs this CEO cares deeply about shareholder value they hired a lawyer already to go to the up list to the nasdq market and have several projects going on . Also big name investors filings with the sec they own shares here hedge funds buying there debt up above is the is the near term reason I but they have lost of future events come and it doesn’t hurt there 52 week high is 15 bucks a share this is what I expected from Nash over two years ago it just never happen .
