The waste of money in this case has been monumental. Started with delisting the stock eliminating market value for all the shares. No international licensing was even contemplated, ignoring the fact the technology was used all over the world for a time frame. Finished up by having Dr Teese showing what the tech was worth, and ignoring that value in the settlement.
