Moses, can you provide link that states that?

What if ZNOG has found a major gusher under extremely high pressure but is having a very hard time "quantifying" the size of the reservoir because the true "source" is yet unknown... much like Saudi Arabia's Ghawar true "source" of oil.... Seemingly endless artesian oil springs from the depths keep filling/replenishing Saudi Arabia's Ghawar caverns with oil (although recently to keep pressure up they have resorted to more and more high pressure water injection to maintain current levels of oil lift).

My point is Saudi Arabia still can't truly quantity their oil reserves because they don't know their true source spring either... An interesting predicament for ZNOG if similar circumstances are found. Very hard to test! How would ZNOG & Israel legal review handle this question?
