I believe the company was essentially governed the same when it was previously on the Nasdaq. Any time we get the price above $4 for the period required by the Nasdaq, I believe we'll easily be able to make that move, but as I understand it L.P. would rather have the NYSE, so we'd need to meet their requirements.

I suspect they'd want LP to bring someone else into the CFO position, but that shouldn't be a problem.
