Maybe... just maybe Rite Aid is going to buy them out. RAD's market cap is only 7.8x that of RXMD at the moment (312 million) and is trading at $5.50 after Friday's close of market. Interestingly minimum share prices to uplist is $5/share......Hmmmmmm!!

Could this by why they are so tight lipped about what's going to happen "soon"??
