I am not worried about it much. They saved the company period., We are but bystanders at this point. That said, I am serious about going private, that is my concern no matter the outcome of MJ2. If it goes private, and there is oil, then Zion as a company will succeed, but the 15 years shareholders will be decimated.

Let's consider something however, at the conclusion of MJ1 there was little hope. We were a 25 million dollar company, with a license. If the whale, wanted to crush it he could have bought the whole thing for less than he has put in it in 2 years. That says a lot. One of two things, the BOD said no, or he bought into the mission. I think he bought in. He wants to see it succeed as he provided the funds to get us here today. We are but minor holders, but this saved the company. He is not the threat in my opinion. They should have a say at this point and a big one at that. Table scraps, that is what I would like.
