APSI RM. Just had a share reduction; only 17M outstanding.
Incoming company is being formally appraised by a 3rd party.

$APSI pre-weekend update: As part of its DD process the merger target has a 3rd party biz appraisal firm doing a formal valuation on the Company value pre-merger. Have been informed the valuation process is nearing completion by the appraisal company.

Incoming company is expected to be Nasdaq ready.
