Day 15 of #Tollovid for #LongCovid. More movement around the apt again today - energy is nearing pre Covid levels. Still need wheelchair/walker for distance and still have raging Lyme/Bart. Lungs have turned a corner: I keep forgetting to use my inhaler -I just don’t need it. /1

I’ll start tapering Tollovid soon so that I don’t stop cold turkey, but I went up another stair step of improvement the last few days so I’m a bit hesitant. Going to try 2 pills 4x/day. Disclosure: I am a case study and this is not medical advice. /End

I've also had very significant improvement on IncellDx recommended medications. I have a new cytokine panel and need to have a consult for recommendations. I've seen so much lasting improvement on Maraviroc, so I am conflicted about which to pursue right now.

I had jumped on the Tollovid while waiting for my latest labs to come back. I want to follow up with IncellDx protocols, they have helped too much to bail on that approach. I don't think doing both at once is feasible financially, or medically due to potential interactions.

Good luck! I had the best 5 days! I hope you get to take it longer. My symptoms abated significantly, but returned when I began to taper to maintenance.
