They sold unregistered shares, it should never have happened. If they didn’t there would have been no case. They both had accounting degrees. Then again the CE Mark not being paid should never have happened either. What did that cost shareholders? Not good signs of management handling, it is what it is and has always been. The pps is the potential investor vote of no confidence, actions and inactions tell the Biel story. JMHO GLTY
